We have just today received an update from AFSA that the transitional arrangement with respect to anything pertaining to the Personal Property Security Act is coming to an end as of the end of January. For your convenience I’ve included as a downloadable item both the letter to MBS and a corresponding brochure for you skim to see if there’s any relevance to your situation. It can be a costly exercise should you inadvertantly lose an asset or stock due to your thinking that it won’t effect you. Give the publications a skim and if you would like to discuss any queries you may have, we’re happy to do some further investigating for you.
